Since I started keto and OMAD I did my first lower calorie day yesterday. I used to suffer from intense hunger when fasting, but now I hardly notice it. I've learned I'm keto adapted.
I don't like doing low days too often, but it's nice changing it up and varying calories. Though it's shark week today I got a mini whoosh, new low.
