I think it may be time to switch to cardio for a few weeks. Weightlifting is taking me the wrong direction. have a great weekend everyone
102.5 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

this happens. Since your goal is weight loss, do your cardio 1st then lift if you are doing both on the same day. And try hiit. 20-30 of hiit helped me alot.
