First day of a long journey today. Heaviest ever, even when I was pregnant I never got above 80kgs. I can't even look in the mirror. My poor husband!!! It's time to make a big change so now it's up to me. Thursday's will be weigh in so even though ive got a mountain to climb I know I'll get there. Yikes! 25 kgs to go!
91.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
