🤔 Not sure how that happened but I’m not worried about it.
I’m gonna take the kids for a nature walk today, can’t wait to hear them complain the whole time 😂

Friday is Halloween camping.... hide the Reese’s!
82.9 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just a bump in the road and your walk today may just smooth it out! As for the Halloween candy, it's on the kitchen table as I type this, easily within arms reach, but I just pretend that I'm a tyrannosaurus Rex and can't reach it! LOL. Have fun with the kiddos!

Oh man, Halloween candy has been my first real temptation in almost 6 weeks. I ate one piece of dye free, GF, naturally flavored candy corn last night. 🙈 my kids asked for some during our family movie and I shouldn't have been the one in charge. Candy corn is my weakness. As for the slight gain, maybe it's muscle weight or maybe do a gentle cleanse of any built up toxins?

@cranky Lol, good idea. I’m going to buy candy at the possible minute! 😜 @mamamc7 Reese’s is my weakness! I recently grabbed a bag of sugar free ones and it took the craving away. I might have to keep a few in my pocket😜 I do like candy corn too!

I used to hide the bag from ‘him’ while I snuck and whittled it away. Then I’d run back and get another. No one would show up and I’d start my second bag. I’m down to one mini peanut butter cup a day. Just call it what it is? Candy ‘crack’!
