Today is my day 1 after a 10 day break. I had a little birthday party for my daughter last night and I wanted to celebrate without guilt.
So I decided to switch a few things up on this “restart”. I searched around Pinterest & a few FB groups for new recipes, I tend to get stuck in a rut eating the same things over & over. Then I get annoyed & tempted to quit. Time to get started! 😊
