Big milestone for me...hit the first WW biggie at least in the"old"WW meetings...I've lost 10%!..I still have the keychain from 2001 so I awarded to myself..to thundering applause ( mine...lol)

130.6 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg. Still to go: 24.0 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 4.8 kg a Week
