Ok so I have a plan to lose 6kg by the end of February. I've already detoxed fructose! Now to combined this with 1200 cals 5× week and
600 cal 2x days. Increase water to ensure 2 litres every day and make sure I'm moving 10,000 steps! Good plan... now to just so it!
64.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
