🤷‍♀️ I think it must be water retention. I went to the gym last night and had a great workout. I do 2.5miles on the treadmill (I could do more but I get bored) walking and running. I’m trying to increase my running and I’m going to reinstall my C25k app.
I also worked out a bit on the weight machines and I focus mostly on my underarm flab lol I have always had crazy muscular legs 🙈 and my leg muscles are popping out a lot more just from the treadmill. I’m trying to embrace my crazy legs lol
79.5 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.7 kg a Week

Y'know... a pair of suspenders would help take the attention off your arm... never mind (LOL!)

I have found when I start working out hard my body seems to want to hold on to everything I put in it instead of burning it off. Takes a couple days but then I start seeing it go back down. Especially if I do weights.
