Hi buddies,
I can feel myself wavering. Sunday I had that problem with my blood sugar and I ate some stuff I shouldn't have. I ate fine yesterday and today I stopped myself from a McDonald's binge. I have to stay the course. I had a panic attack this morning and came into work late. Luckily, I can do that sometimes and not get into trouble.

Just because it doesn't go perfectly is no reason to throw in the towel. I am sure there will be many more times that this happens and I need to learn to accept imperfection.

On the positive side, I wrote the doctor an email and hopefully we can adjust the insulin so this doesn't happen regularly.
