started to diet again. so fat. I got sick in December and lost a lot of muscle. I was so run down for 3 months. I have gained all my weight back and my jeans are starting to rub thin in the thigh area. I cant wear my tops or pants anymore. I bought a size 18 pair of jeans. I wanted to cry. I can't believe I gained this much weight.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
