After 6 weeks of eating clean, I decided to have a bowl ice cream and a handful of yellow sweet-tarts ( I picked them out and all of a sudden the yellow ones became the kids favorite one too lol) 🤦🏻‍♀️
I’m feeling the physical effects of my choice today. I’m bloated and my fingers feel so tight...I actually feel like I have a hangover.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.0 kg a Week

I’ve been 6 weeks as well and have been tempted to eat a treat or two...I hate that bloated feeling so maybe I’ll learn from your experience and avoid the treats! Thanks

I keep waiting to scratch that itch too -- I just keep referring back to posts like this to help me through it -- seems like it is universal that it is never worth it.

It'll be okay flush it out with plenty of water! It's hard having kids, family to deal with their needs as well as your own. Your very strong, I give you a lot of credit your doing great!

That's fine to do that once in a while but make sure you do some cardio the next day to make that stuff an orphan in your body and not a perm.res.
