yep. Comfort eating. Had a relationship break up and bullied at work. No excuse but sometimes you have to give in for your sanity I believe.

I'm so sorry about the break up, Dee, and being bullied at work is despicable. I've had that happen to me too and it's infuriating. Luckily, I was able to change to another job each time but sadly it meant giving up jobs that I loved. Hope things will be better for you from here on.

Yes Doobrie. I'm stuck at present as on work cover for an injury at work. So been told I can't even transfer. Not till its signed off and was hoping that would have been Friday but specialist wants to extend it to June now. Buggar! In meantime no more refined sugar. lol. Funny thing is I have toned up so gained muscle too. And lost more around my back and waist. But the sugar goes straight to stomach and hips. Walking daily when I can. Only miss once per week. Twice at most. I know I will be fine.
