breakfast after F45 does it get any better hahaha, 4 weetbix 40g mixed nuts and seeds (almonds,walnuts,chia, pepitas) rule1 protein,full fat milk and a green tea

total Cal's burnt at the gym this morning 797 total Cal's in my breakfast 686 100 cal deficit to start the day👍 with 5 weeks to go feeling good that I will hit my goal of single digit BF% 💪
