Progress...

July - gained 6 lbs (fast)
August - gained 5 lbs (moderate)
September - gained 6.5 lbs (fast)
October - gained 6 lbs (fast: +BF%)
November - lost 3 lbs in this first week

Looking at all this info, I can safely say CICO is real (if there was any doubt) 👍

My workouts support adding an average of ~200 calories per week. Adding too quickly in mid-October got me a quick burst of fat into my midsection.

I've slashed my calories to get rid of it this month and it's going extremely well: losing fat and workouts are still increasing, so muscle mass seems to be holding for the most part.

I'm looking forward to eating bigger again, but I'm very okay with this low-cal lifestyle for a little bit 💪😊🤘

Yeah can get to 15% only worrying about being in a cal deficit Under that macros payed abit of a role.

Well yes I understand if I deprive myself of delicious water-melon I would lose weight, but it is worth it.

My stomach hurts when I eat 3000+ calories per day, I think I was eating more than that before 😐

I was obese, I don’t miss eating the way an obese person eats 😣 thinking about back then makes me sick 😷
