I should note that this is what my oldest brought me lol. Daddy told her she had to eat it all and begged me to eat it for her. So I didn’t have much dessert but I did have some. Left the crust on both as I dislike crust. Kept carbs about 160, protein 110 and kcal under my 2000 goal.
