I reckon he is slightly exaggerating hahahahaha that's 1600 Cal's worth of carbs a day. With the 800 Cal's a day worth of protein he would be taking that leaves little room for healthy fats. But he is dirty bulking so who knows lmao

37 years old an never had a cavity after daily 150-250 grams of sugar. No diabetes either. Must be my genes lol. Or maybe a healthy body weight and brushing regimen...hmmmmm

Well my macros are more “balanced “ I’m averaging 100 g of fat. 😏
