Workout days afford me the opportunity to eat 350+ more calories! The only thing that changes is the increased carbs.

Very nice. I've been holding steady for a long time as I get leaner. May drop to 180 again soon though. See if I can carve out a few more abs.

I have a tupperware rice cooker. Add rice, water to line, and microwave for 10 min. Done.

I averaged 131 grams of fat last month. Of course, I just wing my macros besides protein. I just noticed how low his is. If it works it works.

Not for fat loss but if you want superior energy, testosterone, and thyroid function 50+% carbs are key.
