Workout days afford me the opportunity to eat 350+ more calories! The only thing that changes is the increased carbs.

I love boneless skinless chicken thighs. It's really good in the basmati Chris. I aim for .5g for fat but with higher protein I don't have a lot of room for carbs on most days. It's a balancing act staying under on calories lose weight. That's why I like my refeeds.. High carbs lower fat to mix it up..

As long as you are not having any problems with such limited fat, go for it. I find limiting fat to this level causes extremely dry skin and I get really cold. I believe in healthy fats like olive oil. Here's what I've read: Dietary fats are essential to give your body energy and to support cell growth. They also help protect your organs and help keep your body warm. Fats help your body absorb some nutrients and produce important hormones, too. Your body definitely needs fat
