They are super high in carbs and at 400 calories (empty calories) that's an entire meal--not an option worth doing!

It's 240 calories 9 grams of protein and 56 grams of carbs to replenish glycogen. Very tame compared to what I eat.

Funny thing is if I ate 16 of these a day, I'd meet my calorie and protein requirements. And I'd still be losing fat and gaining muscle. Of course, that would be boring as hell and I do like to get my fruit in but it's still funny.
