My watch showed a 260 kcal activity burn over my 1440 bmr (as to last post I guessed based on days of same weight and similar activity). Massage, hair cut, errands (stayed in the car for most of them), game, dinner etc.

I was quite bummed to realize that I’d eaten over 2500 kcal today. That’s unheard of for me except holidays and when I eat pizza! However when looking through my log I realized I ate less so I deleted the things I hadn’t eaten and brought it down to around 1900-2000! Yay!

The best part of today was watching my daughters team win tonight! Especially with such biased refs. I know I know everyone says that. But when you video the whole thing and have Perot that their girls were getting angry and flat out shoving our girls to the ground then standing over them smirking right in for the of a ref and a foul wasn’t called then they were obviously biased. The called fouls on us left and right but one of the other team slapped one of our girls in the face (a foot from the ball) and it wasn’t called either. We won by one and that was because of free throws at the end when the crown threw a fit and they called a foul. The refs went and talked to the opposing coaches a lot tonight and last night and reversed their calls afterward. It many refs left so nobody says anything because we can’t play without refs. Anyway we pulled out a win against a team we could’ve easily beat by 10 or more if they wouldve allowed our girls their free throws but a win is a win no matter how hard or how biased the refs ;).

The second best part you ask? My middle was in charge of the Gatorade for the oldest and grabbing the tripod. She forgot. Guess who had to run get them??? Me lol. RUN! I ran up the stairs, across, down the stairs, back up across and down, through the school, the yard and the parking lot to grab them then back in again for all those stairs. Made it in and out in 3 minutes hauling butt! Had to do a slow jog inside but sprinted outside. Wind blowing me sideways (30+mph). Was breathing hard for a few minutes but the shakes took until halftime to go away lol. About 10-15 minutes lol. BUT I did it! Without working out, without running or even walking lately! Beat my 2 minute jog on the treadmill all to hell hehe, excuse the language. Amazing what adrenaline and not wanting to miss a second of the game can do for you! Watch showed 11 minutes of workout today. I also ran to and from the car a few times. 12 minutes of jumping jacks showed 2 minutes lol. Or maybe it was 5 minutes. So I probably ran a total of about 20 minutes today overall. I’ll say it was those 1900 kcal I ate today that helped me along hehe. I know it’s very small but for me it’s big especially with not working out lately and not being big in running. Anyway I just wanted to share.

Tomorrow I’ll be sore! Not from the running but front he massage! I had so many knots she couldn’t get most of them. She did her best and I almost cried several times! Who knew you could get knots up under your shoulder blades?? The pressure points on my hands were bad as was my shoulders, neck and jaw. Didn’t know I could get knots in my face or make it right. So ladies if you want and to tighten your face then just clench your jaw a lot to keep from mouthing off lol. She gave me a face treatment saying it would help me keep my new younger look lol. Guess she thought the skin tightening made me look younger! A huge glass of tea, two bottles of water and probably 3 cups of coffee today hasn’t helped flush stuff out like she said. Two bottles she said but I’m already sore. Heck I left there sore! I’ll finish this bottle and hopefully another before bed. All in all a great day!

Glad you got the win after all that! And the running- Wow, great job! I got a massage last Thursday, first in a long time. She left me quite sore. I had forgotten that happens.

Thanks. Our girls worked their rear off. Some parents from the other team even thought more fouls should’ve been called. It’s kust a game but the kids get frustrated when the adults don’t follow the rules too or see that all players follow them. I’d forgotten how sore I’d get from a massage too. Last time wasn’t as bad but this time is a killer lol. Did you have a deep tissue massage? She said mine is between a regular massage and a deep tissue massage. I’d hate to see what she calls a deep tissue!
