You know, you may be onto something here with the frozen stuff. My friend Yoga has taken to dropping in coincidentally around lunch time much more frequently now that I always have meals prepped in the fridge. I'll admit, because I'm not fond of leftovers but I hate to waste food, my fridge is always loaded with a heck of a lot of food for an old widow woman. Today she had her choice of rotisserie chicken, pork chop or bacon wrapped sirloin. Not to mention the loaded cauli salad and tossed greens.
