Never have been one for setting goals. I just go with whatever comes my way; work with it. I get distracted. Forget what I'm supposed to be working on...the goal. That being said, I have done better with trying to get my sleep. Hard to do on swing shift. Slept about 5 1/2 hours today. So I'll feel tired and punchy tonight and tomorrow; par for the course. On days off I make up for lost sleep. It is hard to stay focused on the goal I set for April 29--the date for the next doctor's visit. I've lost five of ten pounds. That leaves me 38 days to lose 5 more pounds. Sounds like enough time, but when it is hard to stay focused...I'm going to set a mantra--April 29, April 29, April 29. I'm gonna go to sleep when I get off in the morning and dream about the look on my doctor's face on April 29th when he sees I've lost 10 pounds! Go me!
