Good news all. A couple who I talk to at the gym asked about dieting. I got them to try fat secret. Yesterday they thanked me, the wife was especially appreciative because she hated keto. They have made great progress using FS. Being happy with your diet is a huge win for maintaining your weight and health in the long term.

That's awesome about the folks you helped. I even got my daughter using it and she NEVER does anything I suggest, so this MUST be a good app. :)

I feel like I am really doing those things this time around... only took a million tries- so I am really feeling confident that all the pounds that come off will stay off this time (aside from the little fluctuations while they are trying to decide if they want to leave for sure).

Oh yeah, the tide comes in and rolls away again - at least that's how it feels. But yeah, this tool and the moral support are fantastic. I'm sure you'll do great. You have an awesome teacher to show you the way. :)

Princess, it's harder for mothers, especially young working mothers. There's a lot of juggling involved. As long as you're trying, you'll achieve your goal. ❤

It definitely was harder when they were younger. This is the best I've done and I attribute a lot of it to having a teenager and an 11 year old. They can take care of themselves a lot more. I can go for a jog or to the gym without needing a babysitter like before.

I didn't start until we moved 800 miles away from everyone. Not that my adult kids were purposely doing anything to stop me, it's just easier to put me first now.

100% agree that the kids ages make it so much easier. No real excuses to not be able to make it to the gym. Like tonight, able to go together for a late session and leave them alone for a bit.
