I think one of the hardest things about doing the keto diet is readjusting the thinking from low fat foods. I've been mentally trained for years to limit butter and oils and such. To cook and add them liberally comes with a twinge of guilt! Ate one of the BEST hamburgers ever at my sister's house and afterward asked her what the percentages were on the burger (90/10, 80/20, etc). I nearly fell out when she said 73/27! I have never bought that before! Wouldn't look at it. Trained. That stuff is bad! BUT it was a great hamburger on the grill! Keto on!
