I like the ‘lose while eating your favorite foods’. I bet inside it’ll say in small portions. They don’t realize most people’s favorite foods are unhealthy things like frozen pizza, McDonalds, candy etc. I am curious on the water though. If it’s cheap I’d try it 😉. It’s just a type of water after all.

Hmm now I’m envisioning running to the bathroom constantly. 😳 Perhaps it has a laxative effect. That wouldn’t be worth it but I’d bet most of us would lose a few pounds that way until we started retaining water to rehydrate.

I know people who swore by his advice until it was revealed he was a scam artist. Reminds me of other doctors who are revered yet are full of it.

Kennyn27, there's an old saying that 79% of all statistics are pulled out of thin air. Uncontrollable diarrhea as your body dumps water was the first thing I thought of when reading that lol. And Chris, I have the solution to your build muscle on the way to work without any weight lifting problem: lots of steroids. just flap your arms like a crazy bird and bash your head into the steering wheel. you'll have the most powerful "wings" at your gym and the neck of an ox in no time!

Oh my goodness, it's like some of those influencers who sell "special keto or IF tea". Or recommend this or that supplement. Comme on guys :D Watch your calories, exercise properly and you'll be fine without magic pills or drinks.

I've never liked nor trusted this guy but so many people think he's a God. Even if that is his real name he shoulda changed it. Who in the world goes by a name given to a liar standing behind a screen? Just goes to show ya ... some people will cling to hope beyond reasoning.

I agree with everyone about Dr. Oz and other people that push quick fixes. However, Dr. Oz has Hailey Pomeroy on to share her fast metabolism diet and that actually has helped me a lot over the years. Obviously, it’s just eating whole grains, healthy fats and protein, but her message made sense to me. My plan still kinda follows hers, but I’ve made adjustments that fit my lifestyle.

Anyone remember the cabbage water diet? Boil cabbage then don't eat it. Toss it out and drink the water for all the nutrients and none of the weight gain! I personally knew a few people who damn near starved themselves to death on that diet. Never did meet anyone who actually looked healthy that actually stuck to it.

I always wondered why folks didn't just take a multivitamin and drink loads of water. Same principle, most likely more actual nutrients, and the water would taste a hell of a lot better. Not saying it would be a good idea -- just not as bad an idea as the cabbage water diet 😂
