The mid-day break yesterday was great, I'm going to start scheduling them in and will try to stick to schedule. I need to figure out better food choices to have in the house as I was pretty hungry the rest of the day but I didn't even get home or sit down until 8:30, so that was fun. I snacked, but could have done better, just wasn't prepared and probably won't shop until the weekend.
