U should try and put water with something in it instead of that cause it takes so long to burn sugary drinks

I'm happy to say I stopped drinking Pepsi Max maybe 2-3 months ago, now, so I'm feeling good about that!
I've been drinking water, mostly, but also enjoy an unsweetened Kombucha a few times a week.
I'm avoiding artificial sweeteners.
