Went out to Italian last night. Ate 1/3 of my meal, but had wine, still need to log. Scale is up this morning, but two NSVs. First, BMI on my junk scale is down to 39, this is the general trend I want to work. Second, probably more important, is that I put on my tall boots over my cuffed jeans this morning and the shafts are loose all the way up. With jeans tucked in and socks on. That has happened in my lifetime never, so I'm psyched. And the elastic is fine, boots are relatively new, still sewn together, did not fit this way last year, etc. It's legit. Woot!
