Nomnomnom... Extra fruit today as listening to Parksy, I decided to up my calories!

Yeah, I listen! And I understand, too - increasing your calories is hard to do! It kinda goes against the whole CICO mentality. The struggle now is fitting the extra food in, because I'm not hungry, lol

I haven't weighed in, yet, so not entirely sure! Gotta give it some time anyway, I guess! Had a migraine today so found I couldn't eat much :(

Yes. I did night shift last night so as I don’t eat till midday doing IF I only managed just under 800 calories. Wasn’t meaning too but just how it panned out. Psyching myself to weigh in. I feel like I’ve lost but have felt that before and the scales stayed status quo. Stay tuned. Hope ur head better today And yeah cool hair. Redheads have more fun ......?

Thanks, Maggie! It's grey, really, lol, but I dye it regularly (sad sad, I know!) And sure, Parksy, I figure reds have loads of fun - I certainly do! Don't fret about the calories. I think you're on the right path. And sometimes life happens!
