I felt it was coming off after nearly three weeks of nothing. 79.1 kg is 12 st 6 lb 6 oz. If I want to get rid of the last of the flab, I have to lose some more. The BMI is 24.1. B 6 P
79.1 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
