No scales at the moment so I’m relying purely off the way I feel in clothing.
I train everyday. Not at high intensity though keeping active is important to me. 😊
With the virus effecting my job at the gym I’m still able to provide PT services outside 😊business is still good.
My son shall start virtual learning in the new term.
Exciting!
I’m starting to studying cert four allied health care.
Life is different though still good.
