at a stand STILL grrr. ferling fat. not losing any cms or on scales. feeling a bit hopeless this morning.

It’s not bout how much you do it’s bout swapping it up trick your brain n your muscles my trainer swears by it as you can not focus on one particular area of your body so if you ship shape it will spin your brain n it will release chemicals it needs to function n get the hormones activated as required

I got down to my goal weight of 50Kgs (from 67kgs) after My marriage broke down, I can’t go any lower now :( so it’s all maintaining now
