Its the caramel slice recipie from "Elle Herself" on Instagram (just sour cream and butter in saucepan for the caramel part of recipie) and then when it's cool, pour the caramel into cup cake moulds and add macadamias, blueberries and white choc (I used sugar free Vitawerx choc). Set in fridge.

Hi Soozie, I made it up myself by using a caramel sauce which is just 330grams of butter melted in saucepan with 150 grams of sour cream and 4 tablespoons of sweetner (I use Monkfruit because I'm doing keto). Cook on low heat and let set in fridge but still runny enough to pour. Put macadamias, blueberries and white choc (I used sugar free) into silicon cupcake moulds and then spoon the caramel on top and stir through till all ingrediants are coated. The let set in fridge or freezer.
