Can't complain at all.

I've reached my stretch goal - first 99kg, now 89kg.

Think I might try for 50kg of loss, but it's mainly looking to lower body fat % and maintain muscle.

Cardio/running workouts have been going well. Good pace and able to run much further than I've ever been able to.

I went skydiving last weekend, so there's a positive. What a rush!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 48 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fantastic effort. My first goal is to lose 7 kg’s. I understand that’s the equivalent of a clothing size?!? If so, hopefully I will notice that difference with my wardrobe. I’ve got a long way to go though so definitely baby steps for me 😊
