Can't complain at all.
I've reached my stretch goal - first 99kg, now 89kg.
Think I might try for 50kg of loss, but it's mainly looking to lower body fat % and maintain muscle.
Cardio/running workouts have been going well. Good pace and able to run much further than I've ever been able to.
I went skydiving last weekend, so there's a positive. What a rush!
