I'm getting way too much credit in FS, calorie burn-wise, for cross country skiing. I'm not one of those skate skiers going at it as hard as they can. I do classic kick and glide and take my time. It's more like a hike in the woods, rather than a high intensity exercise. The point is to be out there and enjoy the time in nature

Took a couple of days off from tracking, dealing with an exceptionally stressful life situation. The weight I've lost so far has been more stress than anything. Think I'll get back at it today
