Keto + no booze = 2 kg in 5 days. Keto is the easy bit. Stress levels dropped. Some interim goals. 78kg by 30 nov. that’s 5kg in 16 days. Might need to exercise

my god. this is bs... loosing weight in a healthy way is 0,5-1kg a week!!!

Obviously not sustainable. But first few weeks are always the greatest lost, some will be fluid. Realistically it’ll be closer to 3-4 but I always like stretch targets, a bit like stretch pants.
