After a day of binge eating, I realised that I have the power to CHANGE. I’m 60kg and my goal weight is 50kg for now, and so many more people have achieved harder goal than this! I had a look at people’s journey and really started to have hope. No one was stopping me except myself... I’m 22 right now and I DONT WANT TO WASTE MY YOUTH HATING ON MYSELF while I do hold the power to change. I want to gain self-confidence, dress nicely and just be happy whenever I need to take a group photo or selfie. It’s so scary because losing weights and gaining shape take time. What if I lose motivation again like multiple times before? I hope the tomorrow me remember life is too short to not change and hating yourself...

I have been losing weight since your age. (Just 26 now) One advise, don’t go crazy on diet. You will have temporary results but then gain even more than you’ve lost. Go slow. As slow as you can. Enjoy occasion pizza, crazy amount of sushi, or WHATVER you like. Better go slow rather that lose all you progress for tenth time - like I have gotten before. Enjoy the food and the parties with snacks - this happiness is also what youth is for ❤️

Thank you so much!!!! I wish I knew this earlier: one day’s decision doesn’t affect the weight loss journey. So many times i would feel extreme guilty of having a high calories day and just gave up.
