c.b82's Journal, 10 Feb 21

Maintained this weight for a few days now -having nothing but liquid during the day (soups etc), then a solid meal for dinner. The lethargy won't leave, but I can't sleep at night either. Even endep isn't putting me to sleep straight up. If my family weren't so fussy, I could switch the solid meal to lunch, but I can't be bothered with different meals for the sake of just me. I'll just try harder when I get back to yoga next week.

Give it a few days to leave your upper intestine. Drastic diet changes take a while to adjust

I’ve learnt to prioritise my meals over anyone else’s. I couldn’t stick to my food plan unless I do. The others get fed, but as their approach to food has very little to do with nutrition, it’s a very different menu - sort of home made junk food.

you can do it lovely. As Jonathon mentioned it takes time to adjust to a new way of eating. Hang in there and your energy will improve. I was the same the last few weeks. Good luck 🤞❤️
