Gaining weight? I did it by snacking on too many cashews and big bowls of ‘healthy’ toasted muesli with lots of additional fruit, nuts, seeds and yoghurt. +20kg in 12-15 months. Try that! I don’t have cashews or museli these days - the 20 kg has gone - now to lose the next 15kg... 🥦🥒🥬🍅🫑🥔🍠🥕🍋 🍓🍓🍓🫐🫐🫐🍏🍎🍐🍌🍊🍑🍒🥝 🍇🍉🫒🥚🧀🥗🥙🥗🍲🍛🥣
