hi all..its been a while..i got a new job..now doing FIFO...so all of my training and routines have changed and i have not been able tto get on here to support all of you wonderful people...i have ended up in a mine sit that srves amaing food every day but i have stuck toy guns and sill eating toy calorie goals...and now i also have a free fully equiped gym that i can hit every day...which i have been doing...and walking trails...which i have not done yet...
