20 days until True Grit.

My goal for the next 20 days:

stick to my RDI
exercise every day
don't snack @ night
don't eat junk

I've seriously got to get this under control.

This is my promise to myself.
Consequence - add an extra day for everytime I'm off track
Reward - go clothes shopping :)
