my walks for tha last 3 days & i ran my first 6kms straight tonight, so proud of myself :)

WOWSER! ✊🏼👊🏼✊🏼 Great stuff! Actually this is very motivating for me, I’ve not been walking as much lately because of the weather - it seems every other time I’m about to head out the door it starts raining 🌧 I’ve just got to take the opportunity every possible time.

thanks so much to everyone for us support. ive really enjoyed getting into my walking/jogging and pushing myself each day to get to the 6km i jogged last week. Just slowly built up to it, am a lot fitter and stronger than i thought i was or hav myself credit for. Just had to believe in myself and it all fell into place PLUS everyone's support here has made all the difference. u guys are incredible 👍💕😊
