yeh, ive been told that. i started walking the 10km a night for about 2months now and then wanted to eventually run 5kms, so did 1km then did 2km then did 3.5kms then did 6kms then did 8kms and them within couple weeks did 10kms last night. very shocked with my stamina and fitness, especially cos i still smoke 👎😵
