Spent 2 1/2 hours cutting up firewood with husband. He cut it into chunks and I split it with our hydralic splitter. Picked each piece up, loaded it and split'em. Most of them were big enough to get 6 good-sized logs from each piece (16-20 inches in diameter). Whew! Sweatted profusely. There is no exercise listing for woodsplitting, so I called it weight training! It sure felt like a "cling and jerk". Then we hauled it in on the tractor and stacked it in the barn. Good heat for this winter! I was already sweatty, so I went out and did an hour of HIIT with Biggest Loser video. Finished it off with 25 minutes of stretching to relieve tired, achy muscles and back. Pretty much killed my appetite today. Hopefully tomorrow will show some progress on the scale.
