i am really trying to limit my food intake during the day,
as I tend to get hungry between 5 and 10 pm
I haven't gotten on the scales as I don't want to !
i usually have gluten free biscuits but I thought I would
try and eat some gluten free bread, but I must have a reaction
to the yeast or something. i forgot about that.
so its back to the rice cakes !
