Calliegh, this is anabolic ice cream which means it's protein heavy and relatively low calorie. If you look at my entry for today, I posted the "pre-blend" image of frozen mango, protein powder, cottage cheese, cinnamon and xanthan gum (just a tiny bit). No ice for me, the frozen fruit takes care of that. 333 calories, 34g of protein, 4.5g of fat. Most importantly, it's delicious and filling.
