Today I felt tired all day. But I have been having bad nights. A one year old and a 3 year old who has night terrors. The next day after one of those nights. If weight training is scheduled I'll just do body weight and slow walking. Hopefully tonight will be a better one 🤞

Good luck! It can be really hard. When our kids have night terrors we pick them up and take them to see something different, like open the fridge or freezer and get them to feel the cold air or we open the house door to show them the rain, and then we ask them what it is they can see and this seems to bring them out of their dream and into consciousness again and then they suddenly calm down and can get back to sleep. I hope that helps.
