I have to exercise today. Yesterday I blew it off and the scale got me back. LOL. I wonder how many calories typing burns?😁

Shrewdness I do hunt and walk alot about 15000 steps a day and lift a lot of boxes, pans and stuff at work and resistance train fullbody twice a week.I feel like I am not in the shape I could be I eat 2600 calories a day real food but no food is off the table.weight doesn't come off as fast anymore if at all my body has a set point I believe to stay strong at my weight to perform my work.i was even stocky in the Army as a Ranger and trained 7 days a week some said I was to heavy but performed above most and I believe thats why they let me stay as a tier two special operations soldier.
