Im feeling so much better eating the right foods,over eatting doesnt make me feel any better..Feeling so much better and i dont look pregnant ..Which is always good if you arnt..
My tummy is my problem area,and i hang a belt in my bathroom and its going down,im seeing movements and not so much as from weighing myself but ive lost alot of cms...

Great effort and a good idea with the belt! I'm a bit scared of the scales after five kids and a seemingly unmovable "mummy tummy" so I might try the belt idea :)
