Interested in everyone's diet.. what do you eat? I've started eating more vegetables than anything with tuna for lunch and sometimes chicken or meat for dinner so I'm just curious what every one else does

My new diet rules are to weigh myself every day, no snacks, no lunch, and eating an hour earlier than usual. As I go to bed after 2am evenings are the hardest! I eat mainly salads in Summer and soups in Winter. So far so good. I have lost 5 kos in 7 weeks. Good luck!

Wow good job I used to weigh myself every day but if I didn't lose anything I'd be annoyed at myself all day and feel bad so now I might weigh myself every 2 weeks or once a month I have 35kgs to lose all up so I'll be happy to lose half this year and half next year as long as I can keep it off I have lost the 35kgs in the past in 6 months but that was before I had my son

Yes I also would like to lose about 30 kilos myself. Damn menopause. I was 57kgs before menopause and now it's so hard to shift!

Sorry to hear have you tried intermittent fasting? I have a friend who was at menopause and was able to shift weight with intermittent fasting I know everyone is different but it's worth a shot if you don't already do it I eat lunch and dinner every day and around 1600 calories

I am eating very little now. I am dieting hard and fast! My average calorie count is about 1000 a day. Being a bit hungry is easy for me and my appetite seems to have adjusted. I'm worried about Winter and all those delicious comfort foods

I'm eatting as good as I can and trying my best..and happy if I am to lose 100 grams week..I've only 3 kgs to go so pretty happy where I'm at.. it's hard work that's a life time..

I have been doing 1500 calories a day for 4 months and have lost 25 kilos I do my own weight watchers writing everything I eat on a exercise book that works too keep tracking of what you are eating each day
